Fresh Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb. tomatoes
1 to 2 T. olive oil
1/8 t. salt or to taste
1 to 2 T. fresh basil, chopped
1 to 2 t. green onion, chopped

Directions:

Slice tomatoes onto a shallow serving platter. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, basil, and green onion. Servings: 4.
