Antipasto Platter

Ingredients:

2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
2 c. fresh cauliflowerets
2 c. fresh mushrooms
2 c. baby corn on the cob
2 c. Italian or herbal Italian dressing
1 c. red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 c. ripe olives
2 c. small cherry tomatoes

Directions:

Combine broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and corn on the cob. Marinate in dressing overnight in the refrigerator. Arrange on platter along with bell pepper, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
