Mushroom Leek Miso Soup
Directions: Dissolve miso in water. In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms and leeks in oil until tender. Add garlic and cook for 1/2 minute. Add miso dissolved in water and salt. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve hot. Serves: 4. Nutritional information: Calories per serving: 100; protein: 4 grams; fat: 5 grams; carbohydrate: 11 grams; cholesterol: 0 milligrams.
