Lemon Sesame Crisps
Directions: Mix together the first 4 ingredients and set aside. Mix together in a mixing bowl the remaining ingredients; add liquid mix. Scoop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with vegetable oil and bake at 350 deg. F. for 10 minutes. Watch carefully-they should be lightly browned. Let cool before removing from pan with a metal spatula. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Baking time: 10 minutes. Makes 16 cookies.
