Wheat Crackers   

Ingredients:

2 c. whole-wheat flour (unbleached)
3 c. oats (quick)
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 t. salt
1 c. water
3/4 c. oil
3 T. sucanat (sweetener)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll out onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. Cut into 2-inch squares. Bake at 325 deg, F for approximately 30 minutes or until they are crispy. Sprinkle with salt before baking if desired. Yield: seventy 2-inch square crackers.
