Vege-Tofu Burgers
Directions: Mix all ingredients together, adding just enough Better than Milk to moisten and hold mixture together. Shape into balls (slightly larger than golf-ball size). Flatten and place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a vegetable spray. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 deg. F. Turn vege-burgers over, and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot on a wheat bun. Nutritional information: Per burger: calories: 288; fat: 9 grams; saturated fat: 3 grams; sodium: 948 milligrams; carbohydrates: 42 grams; dietary fiber: 5 grams; protein: 11 grams.
