Sloppy Joes
Directions: Cover Soy Add-ums with warm water and soak for 10 min. Drain off water in a strainer and squeeze out excess water. Set aside. Saute onion and celery in olive oil until tender. Add all ingredients except for Soy Add-ums. Simmer for 30 min. Serve hot over hamburger-style buns. Nutritional information: Per sandwich:
