Frozen Fruit Shakes   

Ingredients:

3 c. frozen peaches
1 c. frozen raspberries
1 c. frozen blueberries
1 c. frozen strawberries
1 to 2 c. white grape juice or soy milk

Directions:

Place all fruit in blender, using all or any combination of fruit that you like. Add enough grape juice and/or soy milk until desired consistency is reached. It should be smooth and liquid enough to drink through a straw, or you can make it thicker and serve it in a dish as a sorbet. Serve slightly frozen.

Yields: 8 8-oz servings
