Cold Fruit Punch   

Ingredients:

3 c. pineapple chunks
2 papayas, peeled and cut into chunks
2 c. raw guava
4 c. orange juice, freshly squeezed
4 c. carbonated water

Directions:

In a blender or processor, nearly liquefy the pineapple chunks in two batches with 1/2-cup of water for each batch. Blend or process the remaining fruit in batches with 1/2-cup of water for each batch. Combine all juices. Add the remaining carbonated water and chill before serving. Serves: 10.

Calories per serving: 115; protein: 1 gram; fat: 0.3 gram; carbohydrate: 28 grams; cholesterol: 0 milligrams.
