Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. minced red bell pepper
1/4 c. minced green bell pepper
1 T. minced green onion
1 T. minced cilantro leaves
1 T. diced green chilies
1 t. grated lime peel

Directions:

Drain 1/2-cup juice from the pineapple. (Use drained juice for beverage.) Combine remaining undrained pineapple and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature, or refrigerate until slightly chilled. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 2 cups.
