2 t. garlic (fresh, minced)
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 c. tomatoes (fresh, diced)
1 T. oregano leaves (fresh, chopped)
1/2 c. Italian black olives (sliced)
to taste salt
In medium saucepan, saute fresh garlic in olive oil for two minutes.
Add rest of ingredients; simmer 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot over your favorite freshly cooked pasta.
