Fruity Yogurt Bark

Hannah Drewieck

Wash and cut your fruit of choice—the options are endless, but strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries make a great combination for the summer. Add fruit to yogurt. If you want the yogurt to be on the sweeter side, mix in a little honey, maple syrup, or vanilla extract before stirring in all the fruit. Pour the mixture on a parchment-lined pan, and shake pan back and forth to spread out mixture. Store in the freezer overnight, and break apart in the morning.
