1 15-oz. can garbanzos, drained
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sesame tahini
1 garlic clove
1/2 t. salt
Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Chill overnight. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips. Serves: 12.
