Lemon Sesame Crisps


1/4 c. tahini
2 T. lemon flavoring
2 t. vanilla flavoring
1/2 c. brown rice syrup
1/2 c. each:
sesame seeds
sunflower seeds
quick oatmeal
oat bran
oat flour
1/2 t. salt


Mix together the first 4 ingredients and set aside. Mix together in a mixing bowl the remaining ingredients; add liquid mix. Scoop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with vegetable oil and bake at 350 deg. F. for 10 minutes. Watch carefully-they should be lightly browned. Let cool before removing from pan with a metal spatula. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Baking time: 10 minutes. Makes 16 cookies.
