2/3 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. pinto beans
1 c. romaine lettuce
1 diced tomato
1/8 c. diced onion
2 T. Sour Supreme
5 black olives
1/4 c. avocado, chopped
4 T. salsa
grated soy cheese


Layer the ingredients in the order listed, or to suit personal preference. Add soy cheese. This will fill a plate and make a complete meal.) Yield 1 stack.
