Scrambled Tofu


1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. red bell pepper chunks
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1 lb. tofu, crumbled
1/2 t. McKay’s Chicken-Style Seasoning
1/2 t. soy sauce


Sauté bell pepper and onions in heated oil. Add remaining ingredients and brown slightly. Serve hot. Serves: 6.
