1 lb. Honey wheat pizza dough
2 c. mild salsa
2 c. black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 c. Pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
3 c. Lettuce (shredded)
2 c. Tomatoes (diced)
1/4 c. Olives (diced)
1/2 c. Avocado (diced)
1 c. Baked tortilla chips
to taste Tofu Ranch Dressing (drizzle)
Stretch pizza dough on 14-inch pizza pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Spread salsa on top of dough using a rubber spatula. Place black and pinto beans over salsa. Bake 350 deg. F. 20-30 minutes until bottom of crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and avacado. Sprinkle baked tortilla chips over top. Drizzle Tofu Ranch dressing on top. Garnish with one spoonful of salsa in center of pizza.
