1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 c. berries or sliced fruit, fresh or frozen
1 cup fruit juice
1 to 2 T. flaxseed
Peel the banana, break into chunks, and place in a blender. Add fruit, juice, and flaxseed. Process until smooth. Serves 2.
