3 lg. bananas, ripe
1/2 t. salt
1 T. vanilla
2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. walnuts
1/4 c. raisins
Peel and mash banana in a mixing bowl with a potato masher. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 deg. F. for 20 to 30 minutes. Yields 3 doz.
