Smoothies (Naturally Sweetned)


1/3 c. apple juice
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana


Break banana into 4-inch pieces and place in the blender with the juice. Blend until smooth, adding strawberries one at a time. Serve in tall glasses.
