1/2 c. soft tofu
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. turmeric
2 t. Chinese sesame oil
2 T. lemon juice
Blend tofu, salt, and turmeric. Slowly add oil while blending. Stir in lemon juice. Yield: 2/3 cup. Serves 6.
